List of School ERP's Modules / Features. These are the list of modules, any school would require for smooth functioning. Using these modules the Administration of school becomes easy.
Finance Management module is used to manage payroll of Employees. In this module we generate monthly Salary of Employees. This module is used to generate different Salary reports. The monthly Salary report can be exported to Excel / PDF which can be sent to Banks for Salary credit purpose. This module interacts with Attedance and Employee modules.
In Hostel Management module we can manage entire Hostel data. Hostel buildings / wings / sections / rooms / beds can be mapped and managed. Inventory items for Hostel can be managed and issued using this module. Ad-hoc inventory items can also be issued by payment at the time of issue. This module interacts with Admission and Inventory modules.
Inventory Management module is used to manage New Session and Hostel Inventory. Different inventory types can be created. Each type can have different inventory items. Issue of inventory items can be pre-paid (with Fee) or ad-hoc (paid at the time of issue). This module interacts with Admission, Fee and Hostel modules.
Leave Management module is used to manage leave request and approval for Students and Employees. Students leave request goes to class Teacher for approval, whereas Employee leave request goes to configured approver. At a time there can be 1 to 3 levels of leave approvers for Employees. This module interacts with Attendance, Employee and Admission modules.
Library Management module manages books purchase, issue and return. No. of books that a Student or an Employee can issue simultaneously is configurable. Time duration for which a book can be issued is also configurable. Fine to be collected on late return of a book can also be configured. If a Student / Employee requests for a book that has already issued to some other Student / Employee, then the request for issue is added to a queue and estimated time when the request will complete is shown to the Student / Employee. This module interacts with Admission and Employee.
Online Class Management module manages Announcements / Offline Study Materials / Pre-Scheduled Online Examinations (time bound) / Live class (integrated with Zoom). Teachers can upload offline study Materials in the form of PDF files, audio files or video files. Students can asks doubts with the subject Teacher in the comments section, Teachers can reply to the comments to clear the doubts. Online Examinations can be scheduled to start at the specified time. Marks are auto calculated by the system based on the correct answers provided by the subject Teacher. The subjective answers are marked using Artificial Intelligence (AI) depending upon how close is the Students answer to the correct answer provided by the subject Teacher. This module interacts with Admission and Academics modules.
Security Management module manages Create / Edit / Update / Delete rights on different modules present in the system. Employees can be assigned different roles based on access rights. Normally changing the access role changes the Department as well (and vice-versa). Students / Parents are assigned pre-defined access role by default which can't be modified. This module interacts with Admission and Employee modules.
Transport Management module manages creation and modification of Transport master and stoppage master data. Different types of transports can be added with registration details, fitness / insurrance certificates, driver details. Each transport is mapped to different stoppages falling on the route. Each stoppage is associated with monthly charge, pickup and drop times. This module interacts with Admission and Fee Modules.
Academic Management module is used to manage the subjects for a class, daily assigments, circulars and the configurations. In this module we map the class, section, teacher and subject. Subject Teachers can add daily assignments which students can view or download. Students complete the assignments and submit offline or online depending on the configurations. Circulars can be uploaded class wise or for entire school, which can we views by Parents or Students.
Admission Management module is used to manage Enrollments, Registrations, Admission etc. and configurations. We map class / section to student at the time of Enrollment, Registration or Admission in this module. Students / Parents / Guardians contact details, occupations, addresses etc. can be managed in this module. Different documents submissions at the time of Admission and their configuration is managed in this module. Certificates generation like (Transfer Certificate, Incometax Certificate etc.) can be done in this module.
Attendance Management module is used to manage Attendance of Students and Employees. Using this module daily attendance can be marked for Students and Employees. Graphical representation of Monthly attendance is shown for the logged-in User in this module. This module interacts with Finance module for calculating Employee's monthly Salary.
Communication Management module is used to manage Notices, Emails, SMSs and their configurations. Students can send emails to Class Teacher or Subject Teachers which can be configured in this module. Bulk Emails / Notices / SMSs to Students / Employees can be sent using this module. Sent or Received Emails / Notices / SMSs can be views by Students / Parents and Employees in this module.
Employee Management module is used to manage entire Employee's data. Employee leaves balance, salary structure, education, addresses, contact details, trainings etc are managed in this module. These details based on his Employee Id can be viewed by the logged-In Employee in this module. In this module we map Employee to Department and Role (for Security access purposes). This module interacts with Salary, Attendance and Appraisal modules.
In Examination Management module, we map the Examinations (like Term Examinations, Half Yearly and Annual) to class. We add different evaluation criterias to be recorded during each Examination. We assign subjects as Grades or Marks subjects. Marks or Grades are added for each Examination type and evaluation criteria by the subject teacher assigned. Approvers verify the Marks or Grades entered and then approve with or without correction. Report cards can be generated for each Examination type once the Marks and Grades are approved. Documents to be provided along with Report card can also be generated in this module.
